Business Law Simplified

If your current text book gives you a mental block you can visit the following to go one level down, this will allow you to clear the mental block and get back up to your recommended textbook level.

Do not use this as the level and standard to attain, it's meant and pitched at A level standard, it is not good enough for your diploma or university level.

It is meant to serve as a "mental unblocker" if there is such a word....so that you can get right back on track.

Parliament

In Singapore, we follow the British Parlimentary Model called the Westminster Style of Parliament:

except that we do not have the House of Lords.

1) Law making function: Parliament makes laws and where necessary, the ruling and opposition will debate its merit before calling a vote on it.

NB: In Singapore we do not have the upper House of Lords

2) Inquisitorial function of opposition to serve as a check on the ruling party:

Self motivational techniques

How to motivate yourself:

From time to time our motivation dips, this is pretty normal.

The difference between a good student and an average student can be narrowed if a student knows and understands that it is pretty normal that motivation rises and dips with time.

And he/she then takes action to recover from those dips.

Therefore there is a need for a student to self motivate when they realise the dips to get back up.

Maybe it may be easier to liken motivation to a kind of personal battery. If you are really low on motivation , the batter is almost zero, you should take spend more time on the below materials to charge it until you feel a rush of energy and learn to come back here to charge it from time to time.

And how you motivate yourself is such an important skill but is not formally taught in schools. You can count yourself lucky to be reading just this...
